Enabling Incompetence
Enabling Incompetence
The new CBS News poll shows Bush’s approval rating at just 34%. He has the lowest approval ratings since Richard Nixon’s disgraceful presidency.
But tomorrow, some non-right wing journalist will portray the buffoon as “troubled” instead of incompetent. They’ll say the Iraq war “troubles” his administration, instead of saying that taking the country to war on manipulated evidence is an impeachable offense. They’ll write that despite it all, he’s “resolute in the face of adversity” instead of stubborn to the point of stupidity.
We are cursed with a media that is enabling the incompetence of this administration to continue.
